    Present:   Complainant in person with Shri Shamsher Malik, Adv. for the                         complainant.

                   Shri Harpal Mandhan, Adv. for OP No.1.

                   Shri Y.R. Bansal, Adv. for OP No.4.

                   OPs No.2 & 3 ex-parte.

                                                                         

                Today, the case was fixed for arguments. However, the complainant suffered a statement to the effect that in the present complaint, he has compromised the matter in question with the OPs and nothing remained due qua OPs, therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                Heard.

                Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, after due compliance.
