Complt is present in person. O.P. nos. 1 & 3 has given on A/C payee bearing no – 769608 dt. 3/6/10 to the complt Sri Deblal Das CDRF/Unit-I of Rs, 7852. In view of the receipt of such payment the complt. Deblal Das by filing a petition has prayed for withdrawing the case. Hd. Considered. Accordingly the case is disposed of on full satisfaction subject to encashment of the cheque in question.
