Today the case was fixed for filing written version and at this stage, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made statement that the matter has been compromised  between the parties and in lieu of the compromise, the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint and he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of complainant and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise. In view of statement of the complainant, the present com plaint has been dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
