          O.P is present. The complainant is found absent since long. On careful perusal of the materials on record it appears since 25.04.2022 the case is fixed for filing the evidence by the complainant and till this date the complainant did not feel any urge to appear before this commission. He also directed to show cause on several occasions why the case shall not be dismissed. No show cause has yet been filed.

          Under such circumstances and observing the conduct of the complainant the case is dismissed for default.
