Present:        Sh. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Advocate for complainant/applicant.

                   

1.                 File taken up today on an application moved by learned counsel for complainant. Thereafter, the counsel has made a statement, recorded separately, that the matter has compromised between the parties to the complaint and thus he does not want to pursue further with this complaint and same may be disposed of.

2.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands disposed of being dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File be consigned to the records, in due course.
