ORDER

  1. The complaint is partly allowed.

  2. Opposite Party is directed to pay to Complainant a sum of Rs.15,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service and further Rs.10,000/- towards costs.

  3. Above amounts shall carry no interest provided they are paid to Complainant within 45 days of receipt of this order, failing which simple interest @ 12% p.a. shall be applicable.

  4. Opposite Party shall comply with above directions within 45 days of receipt of this order.
