Complainant is present through Ld. Advocate and also files hazirah.

Today is fixed for hearing on admission point. It is from the record that this case was fixed on 21.08.2024 for admission hearing. On that date Ld. Advocate from the side of the complainant was failed to satisfy this Commission on the ground of maintainability (Commercial Purpose). On that specific date the complainant files an adjournment petition to satisfy this Commission on specific ground raised by this Commission.

Today at the time of hearing on admission point one of the representative from the side of the Ld. Advocate of the complainant is present. Neither the complainant nor its engaged Lawyer from the side of the complainant is present today. Representative also fails to satisfy this Commission on the specific points raised by this Commission. At this stage this Commission is in a view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this case.

That the instant case C.C. No. 68 of 2024 is hereby dismissed for default at the time on admission hearing due to non-appearance from the side of the complainant.
