            Proceeding has been initiated on 13.6.2022 filed by opposite parties before Learned Arbitrator prior to filing of consumer complaint. As such the consumer complaint is not maintainable. Final Award passed on 28.12.2022 by Learned Arbitrator is kept on record before this Commission. Accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
