O R D E R

PER S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   As per order dated 04.03.2022 contained in letter No.594, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

2.                File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

3.                Mr. Akhil Bhasin, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered  a statement on 17th October, 2022 that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the appellant is ready to comply the order of learned District Commission. He further stated that the statutory amount of Rs.2500/- be refunded to the appellant which was deposited at the time of filing of present appeal. His statement in this regard recorded.

 

 

4.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Akhil Bhasin, learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5.               Statutory amount of Rs.2500/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.

6.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
