Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In our view, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the deficiency on the part of the bank being writ large in not encashing cheque of Rs.20,000/- despite the availability of sufficient funds in the account of the complainant/respondent herein and also the meager amount of compensation granted by the District Forum ..2.. and affirmed by the State Commission, the petitioner was mis-advised to approach this Commission. Even otherwise, there is delay of 53 days in filing the present revision petition which we are not inclined to condone. In these circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed.
