These are set of six Revision Petitions filed on behalf of Class India Pvt. Ltd. against the orders dated 30.9.2014 passed by the State Commission, Punjab in MA/2029-2034/2014 in FA/1324-1329/2014.  While admitting the Appeals against order of the District Forum, the State Commission has stayed the operation of the order passed by the District Forum subject to deposit of the entire amount awarded in favour of the complainants, including the amounts already deposited, if any.  The appellant was permitted 15 days’ time to comply with the order.

          Mr.Manish Jain, Advocate is heard in detail on behalf of the petitioner.  After discussion, learned counsel seeks to withdraw the Revision Petitions and pursue his remedy before the State Commission in the Appeals already admitted.  While permitting the learned counsel to withdraw the Revision Petitions, I also deem it appropriate to mention that there is some reported delay in compliance with the order to deposit the awarded amount before the State Commission.  While dealing with the same, the State Commission may, in its discretion, consider condonation of the time spent in filing and withdrawal of the present Revision Petitions.

          Revision Petitions stands dismissed as withdrawn.
