                   File taken up today on the Civil Miscellaneous Application bearing No.298 of 2022 filed on behalf of applicants-complainants for preponing of the date for hearing as well as for withdrawal of the present complaint as the matter has been settled between the parties.

 2.               Heard on the application. Learned counsel for the applicants-complainants has argued that the compromise has been taken place between the parties and complainants do not wants to pursue further with the present complaint. The fact of compromise has also been admitted by learned counsel for opposite party. Learned counsel for complainants has also placed on record the affidavit of Shri Shyam Sunder Sabharwal S/o Shri Raja Ram (Complainant) regarding the compromise between parties.     

3.                Keeping in view of the contents of the application as well as contentions raised on behalf of the learned counsel for applicants-complainants, miscellaneous application No.298 of 2022 stands allowed. Date of hearing is preponed from 18.10.2022 to today i.e. 30.08.2022. In pursuance of the affidavit of Shri Shyam Sunder Sabharwal S/o Shri Raja Ram (Complainant) regarding the compromise between parties, present consumer complaint No.128 of 2017 stands dismissed as withdrawn.  

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
