Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise today  which has been
attested by this Forum  on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms
of compromise, (Ex1) , OP2 has replaced the  product of the
complainant  i.e. Samsung led TV .  Both the parties mutually decided
the case and no more dispute is left between the parties.

As  OP2 has replaced the  product (Samsung led TV) hence the case is
settled. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of
cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be
consigned to record room.
