                Today, the case is fixed for ex parte evidence of the complainant. No documentary evidence on behalf of complainant is present. From perusal of order sheets, it is clear that complainant has already availed eight opportunity, including last opportunity, subject to payment of Rs.200/-, as cost, to conclude his evidence. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 12:30 PM. Now, the case be again called after lunch.

It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint further thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint if so desired. Copy of the order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
