                        Case called several times since morning.  But neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Let the case be called again after lunch-break.

                        Case called again after lunch-break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently.  It is already 3:45 p.m.  No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  From the perusal of the case file, it reveals that the complainant also did not appear on 3.10.2017, 22.11.2017, 10.1.2018, 19.2.2018 and on 30.3.2018.  The present case pertains to the year 2015. Even otherwise also, the complainant has failed to file registered cover for issuance of notices to OPs No.3 & 4 despite availing numerous opportunities. So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the complaint.  Thus, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
