Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.00 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last two dates of hearings also i.e.on 10.11.2015 and 1.12.2015, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Evidence also not produced by the complainant. All this shows that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
