2. Jai Ambey Refrigeration, shop no.490, Link Road, old Char Chaman, Karnal through its owner Sanjeev Gupta.

3. Branch Manager, Faridaad (Haryana) Goderej Bhawan, 2^nd floor, Okhla, new Delhi.

                    Opposite parties no.1 and 2 already exparte.                

ORDER:

                   File taken up in Lok Adalat. The matter has been compromised between the parties amicably. The complainant has made statement that he received the cheque No.031325  dated 26.10.2016 amounting to Rs.18,500/- from the opposite parties and now nothing is due against the opposite parties and fridge was returned to the company. Hence, he does not want to pursue the present complaint. His statement had been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
