1.Guru Nanak Air Tech. Authorized Distributors/Dealer: Lloyd, Daikin, Panasonic, Godrej, Videcon, Haairer, Mangal Singh Market, Kunjpura Road, Karnal, through its prop. Jasvinder Singh Kalra.

2. Manufacturing Company of Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd. 159, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase- III, Tijara North, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, through its Director Mr. A.K.Roy.

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel of opposite parties made statement that the opposite party no.2 is ready to replace the compressor of AC in question with new subject to deposit of old compressor within 30 days. No warranty or guarantee will be given on replaced compressor. Thereafter, learned counsel of complainant made statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of opposite parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
