Amit Gupta son of Shri Ram Tapeshwar Gupta, resident of # 763, Sector 20 Part2, Panchkula and Ajay son of Shri Ram Dars Kumar.                                  Complainant.

 

                                                            Versus

Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Sector 26, Chandigarh.

                                                                                                            - Opposite Party

 

Present:           Complainants in person.

Dated, the 25th day of February, 2011.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Karandeep Singh Cheema, Advocate for OP.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP will pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the complainants towards refund of fee, within twenty days from today i.e. 25.2.2011. The cheques will be made in the name of their respective fathers.

 

Joint statement of Sh.Amit Gupta s/o Sh.Ram Tapeswar Gupta and Sh.Ajay Kumar s/o Sh.Ram Darsh, complainants in person.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Karandeep Singh Cheema, Advocate for OP. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly”

 

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP would pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the complainants towards refund of fee, within twenty days from today i.e. 25.2.2011. The cheques would be made by the OP in the name of respective fathers of the complainants.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
