          At this stage, learned counsel for the parties have come to a settlement.  Let the agreement be recorded.

          It is agreed that the petitioner/opposite party will not charge anything more than the amount mentioned in the allotment letter and interest mentioned therein.  No extra interest or extra penal interest will be charged.  It is made clear that where the installment is delayed, only in that respect, the penal interest will be levied as per the terms of the allotment letter.  If the petitioner has paid all the amounts in time with interest, no further interest would be charged, apart from the amount mentioned in the allotment letter.  The petitioner/OP is further restrained not to issue any letter except as per the terms of allotment letter.  It is also made clear that the accounts be settled as per the order passed today.

          The revision petition stands disposed of as settled.
