On the request of Ld. counsel for the complainant opposite party No. 2, file taken up today. Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
