ORDER

                    Ms. Kuldeep Kaur, complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that she withdraws her case, as the President Hon’ble Court does not have jurisdiction over this case.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, having jurisdiction in the matter, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
