ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved of the ex-parte stay order dated 06.06.2013 granted by the State Commission directing the petitioner company to disconnect the electricity supply of entire Dilkush Estate and de-energize the sub-station/transformer installed at Dilkush Estate, bearing Khasra No.387-388 and 389, Malikpur Chhaowni, Tehsil Moden Town, Delhi and also to remove the power sub-station/transformer from the premises and locate it some other place outside the Dilkush Estate. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition and submits that it would be moving an application before the State Commission for vacating the ex-parte stay in first week of July, 2013. Learned counsel further presses for stay of operation of the impugned order till then. In view of the above and taking note of the fact that the order of the State Commission would effect the rights of several residents of Dilkush Estate, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the operation of the impugned order is stayed till 07.07.2013. The petitioner shall move an application, if any, within first week of July, 2013 and the State Commission is requested to decide the application within two weeks thereafter.
