In this matter on account of difference of opinion, matter was placed before Hon’ble President and in pursuance to directions of Hon’ble President, third Member by order dated 16-09-2016 directed that petitioner will be making payment as mentioned in the order and that order is acceptable to learned counsel for the complainant.

          Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved application that as per settlement arrived, petitioner shall pay Rs.2,50,000/- to the respondent in respect of each of the policy as full and final settlement of the claim.  Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that she does not agree to this settlement as no compensation has been allowed.

          Order dated 16-09-2016 reveals that petitioner agreed to pay amount as mentioned in that order and as per submission of both the parties, this amount comes to Rs.2,50,000/- under each of the policy and this offer was acceptable to learned counsel for the complainant, so matter was sent by third Member to our Bench.

          In the light of order of Third Member, this revision petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to pay to the respondent Rs.2,50,000/- pertaining to each proposal within 15 days from today in full settlement of claim.
