2.         Sh. Gurdarshan Singh Dhillon, respondent has put in appearance in person.

3.         This Revision Petition has been filed against an order dated 30.09.2015 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, U.T., Chandigarh (in short Forum) vide which exparte proceedings were ordered against the Petitioner/Opposite Party.

4.         Heard.

5.         It is stated by the Counsel for the petitioner that he appeared before the Forum on 30.09.2015 but he was late.

6.         Faced with this situation, Sh. Gurdarshan Singh Dhillon, respondent, who is appearing in person, very graciously stated that let subject to payment of reasonable cost, the order impugned be set aside and liberty be granted to the petitioner to appear before the Forum and plead its case.

7.         In view of above, we allow this Revision Petition. The order under challenge is set aside, however, subject to payment of Rs.2,500/- as cost. The matter is remitted to the Forum for adjudication. Cost be paid on or before the next date of hearing. The amount be disbursed to Sh. Gurdarshan Singh Dhillon, respondent.

8.         Parties are directed to appear before the Forum on 20.11.2015.

9.         The file of the lower court is with us. The case is fixed for today before the Forum.

10.        In view of order passed by us, the Consumer Complaint bearing No.441 of 2015, pending before the Forum, is also adjourned to 20.11.2015.

11.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

12.        Complete record alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the Forum, immediately, so as to reach there before the date fixed.

13.        File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
