On the last date of hearing i.e. on 13.6.2019, Sh. Abhishek Shukla Senior Service Executive M.R.F. Ltd. Jalandhar on behalf of opposite parties has made the following statement:-

Stated that the opposite party is ready to replace one tyre in question with new tyre of same make, mark, size to the complainant on deposit of old tyre and Rs. 2,400/- with the concerned dealer.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 13.6.2019, complainant has also made the following statement:-

I have heard the ibid statement of the opposite parties and accept the offer given by the opposite parties and the complainant will deposit the old tyre mentioned in the complaint and Rs. 2,400/- for tyre with the concerned dealer and accordingly, I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of ibid statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties are directed to bound by their respective statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
