                    Satish Kumar, Sales Executive on behalf of OP No.1.

                    Parmod Kumar on behalf of OP No.2.

                    Satish Kumar on behalf of OP No.1 filed his authority letter. He made statement that the OP No.1 is read to replace the water purifier of the complainant with new one.

                    Counsel for the complainant submitted that the OP should be burdned with cost of litigation and some compensation should be awarded to the complainant. Heard, the OP No.1 is directed to replace the water purifier of the complainant with new one of the same model within a week from the date of passing of this order. The OP No.1 is also directed to pay Rs.500/- as litigation cost of the complaint to the complainant.

                    In view of the circumstances, the complaint of the complainant is hereby disposed off. Certified copy of the order be sent to both the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to the record room.
