Present:Complainant in person with Sh.Parveen Rana, Adv.

           Sh.Vikas Aggarwal, Adv. for OP No.1.

           Sh.Balraj Rana, Adv. for Op No.2.

           

              Today the case is fixed for respondent’s evidence but the complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties; in view of said compromise he received a sum of Rs.3000/- from the counsel of Op No.1 and nothing remains left towards the Ops, so, he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

             In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Copies of this order supplied to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
