4. Samsung customer satisfaction, 2^nd Floor, Tower-C, Vipul Tech Square, Sector 43, Gold Course Road, Gurgaon (HRY), through its Manager.

                        Today the execution application  was fixed for compliance. Counsel for ops states that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now nothing remain towards the ops, So he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard.  In view of the statement, The present execution applications is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

        A copy of this order be sent to the parties  free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
