          This case titled Suresh Kumar Kashyap versus M/s Gupta Cement Store, Karnal was received on the reference dated January 21^st, 2015 made by Sh. Subhash Goyal, the then President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Karnal whereby in view of the behavior of the complainant, he requested this Commission to transfer the complaint to some other District Forum. 

2.      Since Sh. Subhash Goyal has already been transferred from Karnal, so, the case is sent back to the District Forum, Karnal to decide the same in accordance with law with a direction to decide the complaint within a period of two months.

3.      Record of the District Forum be sent back.

4.      The complainant is directed to appear before the District Forum, Karnal on July 10^th, 2015.
