                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Anmol Verma, learned counsel for the appellant has suffered a statement on 16^thMarch, 2023 that on the instructions of the appellant, he does not want to pursue further with the present appeal as the appellant has received the motorcycle in running condition and now the appellant has no issue with the respondents. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Anmol Verma, learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

 

 

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
