                    Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement to the effect that he has compromised with the OPs in said case and therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                  In view of the statement of ld. Counsel for the complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, forthwith, free of cost as permissible under Rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
