3. Govt.MaternityHospital, Hanamkonda advised the respondent no.1 to get the blood of the sister of the patient and after testing the blood group of the sister of the patient it was found ‘B’ positive whereas the blood group of his wife was ‘B’ negative.

Feeling aggrieved by the order of the District Forum, the appellant has filed the appeal contending that he is an experienced doctor and that the District Forum failed to see the possibility of the patient living when unmatched group of blood was transfused and that the sterilization certificate might have been issued under coercion.
