Present: Sh.Amrik Singh, Authorized Representative/husband of the

     applicant/complainant alongwith counsel Sh.Amandeep Malhotra, Adv.

    Sh.Gaurav Anand, Adv. for respondents.

              Sh.Gaurav Anand, Adv. for respondents has suffered a statement that respondents never refused to carry out the necessary repair  in the vehicle of the complainant, as per the order dated 26.09.14 passed by this Forum and respondents undertake to carry out the necessary repair in the vehicle of the complainant, as per aforesaid order passed by this Forum, as and when the vehicle is produced by the complainant/decree holder before the respondents for repair.

              Sh.Amandeep Malhotra, Adv. for applicant/decree holder has suffered a statement that he has handed over the DD bearing no.885194 amounting to Rs.5000/- to Sh.Amrik Singh, authorized representative/husband of applicant/decree holder in the Forum today and received Rs.1000/- from him as balance legal fee.

               Sh.Amrik Singh husband/Authorized representative of applicant/decree holder Smt.Bhupinder Kaur has suffered a statement that he has received the DD bearing no.885194 amounting to Rs.5000/- from Sh.Amandeep Malhotra, Ld. counsel for applicant/decree holder Smt.Bhupinder Kaur, today in the Forum and paid Rs.1000/- to him as balance legal fee. Now nothing is due against Sh.Amandeep Malhotra, Ld. counsel for applicant/complainant and against the respondents/Jds except the necessary repair of the vehicle in question. Further he has no objection, if the present execution application be disposed of with a direction the respondents/JDs to carry out the necessary repair in the vehicle of the complainant as per the order dated 26.09.14 passed by this Forum.

                   In view of statement suffered by Authorized Representative of complainant, the present execution application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to carry out the necessary repair in the vehicle of the complainant, to the satisfaction of the complainant, as per the order dated 26.09.2014 passed by this Forum in complaint no.927/2013. In case the vehicle of the applicant/complainant is not repaired as per the order of this Forum, the applicant/complainant shall have the right to file fresh execution against the respondents in order to get his vehicle repaired. File be consigned to record room.
