 2.               Mr. Inderjit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition being infructuous as the complaint has been finally decided by the learned District Consumer Commission. 3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Inderjit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.

4.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained. File be consigned to the records.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
