          The petitioners want to examine the doctor, who had prepared the document (Exhibit R-4) in order to prove the same.  However, proceedings in the Learned District Forum being summary in nature, there is no requirement that the person, who had issued the document like Exhibit R-4 shall be present before the Forum to prove the same. 

2.      In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed.    The revision petition is therefore dismissed.
