Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Mr. Gulshan Kumar, Prop. OP in person.

 

                   

                   Today the case is fixed for further proceedings. The Op has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received Microwave make IFB in good condition. The complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has returned the Microwave make IFB to the Op. He has received a demand draft of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand) vide bearing No.126670 dated 23.04.2015 a demand draft of Rs.12,500/- vide bearing No.126669 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.         

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
