                        The complaint (No.467 of 2010) of the complainant was dismissed in limine on 17.8.2010 and now the present application has been made by the complainant alleging therein that suit in question should be returned to her. The complainant has also given the undertaking that she will not prefer any appeal against the order dated 17.8.2010. Therefore, in view of the undertaking given by the complainant, the suit in question be returned to the complainant against proper receipt.                                                              

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The application be consigned.
