                Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. The complainant is present in person and he stated before the Commission that he does not want to produce further evidence and documents as well as allegations of complainant already on record may be considered while deciding complaint and refused to make the statement to this effect. He further requested to dispose of his case today itself.

                Heard. Vide separate order of the even date, the present complaint is hereby dismissed with no orders as to cost.
