On the request of the parties, case is adjourned to 2.3.2020 for submission of written arguments.

At the stage, Ld counsel for OP No.3 has made a statement, recorded separately, to the effect that since the OP is ready to refund the purchase price of the mobile in question, subject to deposit of mobile with service Centre under proper receipt, the OP will refund the price of the mobile within 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. In view of the above statement suffered by the counsel for OP No.3, Ld counsel for complainant has also made a statement that he withdraws the complaint at this stage, subject to payment of price of the mobile in question.

In view of statement of the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
