                    Sh. Baljeet Kumar Mehta, complainant has received a demand draft of Rs.9630/- from the Learned counsel for the OP-1 and appended a note on the first page of the execution application that he withdraws his case.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. Warrants / certificate sent in this case, be recalled.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
