Sh.Anuj Kapil, Senior Executive has come present on behalf of the Opposite Parties and made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that the grievance of the complainant has been redressed and product in dispute has been replaced by our company.”

On the other hand, complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that as my grievance has been redressed and product in dispute has duly been replaced by the Opposite Parties. So I withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.”

In view of the statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
