                        Case taken up at 12.40 P.M and called repeatedly but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant.  In the interest of justice, the case be again taken up at 3.30 P.M.

Present:          None.

 

                        Case taken up at 3.30 P.M. but this time also, none is present on behalf of complainant inspite of call. On perusal of file, it has come into the notice of Forum that a settlement letter from the OPs had been received through post  vide diary no.58 dated 16.03.2016 whereby the Ops have submitted that ‘they are ready to allot the plot in favour of the unit holders after verification of their payment statement from our company record and it would be intimated to them accordingly’.   Copy of the settlement letter has also been sent to the complainant wherefrom it is presumed that perhaps complainant is satisfied with the assurance given by the Ops, so he opted not to come present  before the Forum.  As such, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is hereby dismissed in default for non-appearance of complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
