Perused the Complaint, Complainanat is absent on 11/06/2018, 28/06/2021, 21/07/2021 and 15/09/2021.

After going through the complaint is observed that the dispute involved in this matter is of account related, therefore this Commission has no jurisdiction to decide the such type of complaint.
