HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE ISHAN CHANDRA DAS,PRESIDENT

       This is a Consumer Complaint filed before this Commission on 24.3.2020 with valuation of Rs.82 lakh (Rupees eighty two lakh) including compensation etc. Now the complainant is praying for withdrawal of the Complaint case pointing out certain defects in the drafting with a further prayer to refile the same on the same cause of action. The prayer stands allowed and the complainant is permitted to withdraw the Complaint case (being CC/210/2020) with liberty to file it  afresh before the Appropriate Commission on the same cause of action, but within one month from the date of this order.
