Final Order / Judgement

Order no.  1, dt. 13.08.2022.

This case record being No. C.C.169/2021 has been placed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat.

Both sides and their Ld. Advocates are found ready.

Heard and considered submissions.

The Op no. 2 and 3 has given a letter of authority in favour of the OP no. 1.  Let the letter of authority given be accepted.

A Joint compromise petition has been filed in this case showing the settlement of disputes in favour of this case on payment of Rs. 48,34,716/-.

The same amount has been paid in two bank drafts issued by ICICI  Bank, Bhowanipur Branch, Kolkata being no. 512026  of Rs. 27,63,056/- and another bank draft issued by ICICI Bank, Bhowanipur Branch, Kolkata, being no. 512025 of Rs. 20,71,660/-.

These two bank drafts have been filed by the Ops. The above noted two bank drafts have been received by complainant no. 1 for himself and also on behalf of his wife (complainant no. 2) by filing one acknowledgement receipt which is duly identified by the Ld. Advocate.

As the dispute in favour of this case have been amicably settled and the parties have voluntarily entered into joint compromise and one joint compromise petition has been filed which is found as per law.

A cumulative consideration of the above noted discussion goes to show that this complaint case no. 169/2021 be and the same can be disposed of on the basis of the joint compromise petition.

Let the joint compromise petition be made a part of this order.
