            Today is fixed for adducing evidence by the complainant, but the Ld. Advocate gives out that the complainant no. 1 Mr. Kalyann Bikash Banerjea has passed away, for which he has filed an application for substitution of his legal heirs. The application is registered as MA 86/2021.

Copy of Death Certificate filed by the Ld. Advocate, lends support to the submission of the Ld. Advocate. Ops cannot have any better opinion than ours. Hence the petition is allowed and the MA 86/2021 is thus disposed of.

The Ld. Advocate is directed to file amended complaint by the next date i.e. on 18.02.2022.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost, as per CPR.
