Seen the petition for compromise. It appears that case has been amicably settled between the parties. It also appears that DHr has been received amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand) only.

Seen the receipt in this regard. Both sides pray for dropping the case.

Hence, Ordered that the EA case no.21/2015 arising out of CC/59/2015 is disposed in full satisfaction.

Let the Warrant of Arrest already issued be recalled at once. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
