ORDER

     Vide her separate statement recorded on 16.04.2024, Ms.Raj Kumari, Complainant/DH in person has stated that as per counsel for OPs/JDs, the OPs/JDs have already deposited the entire amount with the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh and she will move an appropriate application before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh for getting/releasing the amount. It has been further stated by complainant/DH that at this stage, she withdraw the present execution application with liberty to file fresh in case any amount is left. In view of the statement made by the complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
