We do not find any ground for transfer of Revision Petition No. 72 of 2018 from U.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, as prayed for in the Application.

However, having regard to the fact that the Complaint, leading to the filing of the Execution Application, was filed as far back as in the year 2005, we expect and hope that the State Commission shall hear the parties in the Revision Petition, which is now stated to be listed on 22.05.2018, on the said date and pronounce the final order as early as possible.  If for any reason, the case is not taken up for hearing on the said date, the same shall be taken up at an early date, preferably within one month.

With the above observation, the Transfer Application is dismissed.
